Our tickets range in price from below face value to substantially higher than face value. Our prices reflect the cost and difficulty in obtaining the best seating.
Our prices include a service charge on each ticket that we sell, so the printed price of the ticket will usually not be our selling price. Our prices are determined by the "market value", which is simply based on supply and demand. The “market value” can often be substantially higher than the “face value” of the ticket. Please remember that in most cases we must also pay well over the "face value" for the tickets that we obtain for our customers.
If an event is rescheduled, your original ticket will be honored for the rescheduled date. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for rescheduled events under any circumstance. If an event is cancelled, a 10% handling fee will be charged and all tickets must be returned to our office within 7 days of the cancellation announcement or the original event date (whichever is sooner). ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS PLEASE.
